Each week United Airlines delivers 10,000+ compliance courses globally to employees, partners and vendors. The training needs to be effective, and work on both old and new hardware without fail. Over time, various business units collected a mix of custom and off-the-shelf authoring tools.

However, maintenance with FAA, TSA, and other regulations was time intensive; and some interactions didn’t work on newer browsers.
